WSU Beach Watcher Training
Description: Immerse Yourself in Puget Sound. Beach Watchers receive university - caliber training and then protect Puget Sound through education, research, restoration and community leadership. The 100 hour training runs from 9 - 4 PM every Tuesday and Thursday until May 6. After the training is over, create the volunteer experience that works for you by volunteering 100 hours over two years. Applications are due on March 2. A $30 material fee is charged (with scholarships available).

Fly Days
Description: Legendary Fighter Planes Take to the Sky!
Enjoy the beauty and precision of vintage warbirds as they are returned to the skies during our summer Fly Days!
This complimentary price does not include admission to the Flying Heritage Collection—but a tour makes a great addition to the day!
The viewing area is located at the west end of 109th Street SW at Paine Field, just a short walk from the Collection’s hangar. Limited seating is available, but we encourage visitors to bring lawn chairs to enjoy the thrilling flights, which typically last for an hour. Don’t miss this chance to see these aviation treasures take flight!
