The City of Everett owns two parking garages: the Hoyt Parking Garage and Everpark Garage.

Hoyt Garage
There is currently a waiting list for parking in the Hoyt Garage. Monthly rent for an upper-deck space is $45 per month and $55 per month for a lower-deck space. Please call 425-257-8848 to have your name added to the waiting list.

Everpark Garage
The Everpark Garage is a 495-stall parking garage owned by the City and managed by the Downtown Everett Association. The garage offers hourly and monthly parking and is open from 6 a.m. to
6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. The garage also provides free parking after 6 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturdays and Sundays. For rates and availability, please contact the Downtown Everett Association at 425-258-0700.
