The Everett Municipal Court Probation Department is responsible for monitoring conditions of sentence, including compliance with electronic home monitoring. 

There are two probation counselors:  Keith Osborn and Lidia Boulger. Your case will be assigned to either one of the counselors. They will monitor your case throughout the entire period of the court’s jurisdiction. You may or may not be required to complete a risk assessment. Depending on the results of the risk assessment, you may be required to attend regular appointments with your probation counselor.
