The Operations and Desktop Group covers three main areas.
The Operations Group supports various computer systems, including the City's financial system, by staging and running computer jobs, printing payroll and claims checks and storing and transporting backup media off-site.
Desktop Support responsibilities include imaging and maintaining over 900 desktop PCs and laptops and more than 200 printers.
This group also supports the IT Helpdesk and provides first line technical support to the rest of the City. |
