he Everett Municipal Court is committed to providing fair, accessible and timely resolution of alleged violations of Washington State statutes and Everett Municipal ordinances.  It does so with an atmosphere of respect for the public, employees and other government agencies. The court has two elected judges.

The Court hears misdemeanor, gross misdemeanors, infractions and parking cases.  Including parking tickets, the Everett Municipal Court filings average more than 40,000 cases per year. The Municipal Court Probation Department provides cost-effective supervision to offenders who have been sentenced by the Municipal Court judges.
